Return & Cancellation Policy: NRGPulse.com

Effective January 1, 2020

This Return & Cancellation Policy is meant to answer any questions you may have. We are hopeful that you will never need this information, but we also understand things are not always perfect and things sometimes happen. As these products are custom designed and made especially for you, we ask that you please be sure to read the following Return & Cancellation Policy to understand how we process any returns, cancellations and why.

Returns:

Returns are not something we ever want to happen, but they sometimes do. We want your experience with us to be the absolute best, we are happy when you are happy. So here are a few things  to know when there is a need to return any item:

  • Are accepted and will be replaced for any sewing defect;
  • Are accepted and will be replaced if there is an incorrect name or number and is found that NRG Pulse mistakenly did not follow your final approved order;
  • We will be responsible for paying any shipping costs if any returns are due to an NRG Pulse error; and
  • Will be replaced at your cost (including any related shipping & handling costs) if there is an incorrect name or number that you mistakenly approved with your final approved order.

Cancellations:

Of course we never want to see our customers having to cancel their order, however, we understand this does occur from time to time. Here are some things you should now when cancelling:

  • When making a 50% deposit, the deposit paid covers artwork and raw material for your order and is non-refundable;
  • When making a 100% payment up-front, if you cancelled prior to sewing then you will receive 50% refund in the form of a credit towards your next order;
  • If you later use the same exact artwork and raw materials then you will receive 100% credit of the previously cancelled order; and
  • Cancellations cannot be accepted after the products have been printed and sewn.
