FULL-ZIP ALL-OVER-PRINT HOODIE DETAILS:

• Design – Either you provide yours or we will customize a design for you;
• Sublimated – Your graphics are dyed into the fibers of the fabric, so the print will never fade, crack or wear off and it breathes with the fibers;
• Colors – There are no restrictions on the number of colors that you can use, and any color is achievable in addition to ours;
• Accepted Formats – Any custom logos and brands submitted must be Vector Artwork (retracing low-quality images will result in additional charges);
• Availability – Available February 15th, annually;
• Minimums – All orders must consist of ten (10) items or more; and
• Features – Double-lined hood, double-needle stitching throughout, 1×1 athletic knit rib cuffs and waistband with spandex, and a two front pockets.

SIZING:

• Youth – XS through XL; and
• Men’s – XS through 6XL.

MEASURING NOTES:

• Fit Style – Loose Fit, for in-between sizes: go one size up for loose fit or one size down for a slim fit;
• Chest – Measure around the fullest part of the chest while keeping the tape parallel to the floor; and
• Length – The total vertical length of the garment from the high shoulder point to the hem (see diagram in sizing chart).

SUBLIMATION PROCESS:

Your ideas and logos, along with our expert design skills, are combined to create a digital rendering of your custom product. The final approved design is printed onto a special paper using wide format printers with formulated sublimation ink. They are then sent through a high-temperature roller heat press to fully sublimate your design into the chosen fabric. The printed rolls are then laser cut to the requested sizes, sewn, and finished. Finally, each product is carefully checked for flaws, prepared, and shipped to the address provided.
