Ways to Order
Simply use our awesome customizer tool by going to the Shop, pick a Full or Semi-Custom product, then choose the “Customize” button and start designing! Once you are happy with your design then add it to your Cart. We will send you a mock-up for you to approve. Once you have given final approval of your design you will then receive your finished products within three weeks!
Step 1: Get your Quote! (3-Week delivery from the finalization of your artwork)
The cost of our custom-made jerseys may vary and is determined by the following factors: your order size, its complexity, the requested time-frame, and our current production. Fill out our Instant Pricing online to receive a quote by the next business day.
Step 2: Quote Approval & Deposit.
Once you have received your quote, simply respond your approval to begin your order. Now that we have all the required information needed to begin working on your order you will be invoiced with a 50% deposit due immediately. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Check, Money Order, and PayPal are acceptable forms of payment.
Step 3: Start the Design Process.
Either submit your own artwork or provide a detailed description of what you are looking for so our designers able to create a design especially for you (additional fees may be incurred).
Step 4: Receive Proofs.
You will be emailed digital proofs of how your product will look (even if you have supplied the artwork) for approval to ensure everything is to your satisfaction prior to proceeding with production.
Step 5: Confirm and Finalize Your Order Information.
We will send you an order confirmation for you to finalize your order information. No other changes can be made to the order after this point.
Step 6: Approve Final Design:
You will be emailed the final design and name proofs for final approval. Please, take your time to carefully review everything prior to signing off. Once we receive your final approval we immediately begin preparing for production.
Step 7: Final Payment Due:
You will need to confirm your shipping address and preferred method of ship. Once confirmed, you will receive your final invoice for the remainder that is immediately due. Upon our receipt of your final payment we will begin preparing the finished goods for shipping and will confirm your shipping information a final time 10 days prior to completion.
Step 8: Production.
Now you can take it easy while we manufacture your order!

Add-On’s – In addition to the current list price and shipping, there is a $15 set-up fee each time you place a Fill-In | Add-On order whether you order 1 to 9 Fill-In’s | Add-On’s. It is considered a new order at 10 pieces and there is no set-up fee, but the current list price and shipping will apply.
Art & Customization – Vector Artwork on your Custom Logos and Brands is included in the price. Any need for retracing and redrawing low-quality logos will result in additional charges. Contact us to discuss the details and determine the additional charges, if any.
Fabric Upgrades – Pin-Dot Mesh 4-Way Stretch or Stretch Mesh Back adds $5.00/per item (see our Fabrics for fabric details).
Fit Kits – We generally have a few full-size kits (1 style for each sport) that we can send to you for large group fittings. We charge Shipping up front from Ligonier, PA to the address provided. If they are not returned within 14 days, then the credit card provided will be charged with the full cost of each item included with the Fit Kit.
Pantone Color Matching – A fee of $10 per color if you need us to match a specific PMS color or color from a physical item (reasonable tolerances).
Samples – In most cases, samples are custom made per your request which are separate from our Fit Kits (see above). Samples will be invoiced at $10, $15 or $20 per sample (depending on the garment style) and are limited to two samples max per request. Samples are manufactured upon payment of the Sample Invoice and are shipped within 10 business days of the order date. Contact [email protected] to order any samples today.
Sizing – Any products ordered that are sized between XL and 6XL are charged an extra $1/per “X”. Meaning a 2XL is an additional $2/garment and a 6XL is an additional $6/garment. Shipping may also be adjusted to cover the actual costs of shipping these larger items.
