NRG Pulse combines your ideas and logos along with our expert design skills to create a digital rendering of your custom product. The final approved design is printed onto a special paper using wide format printers with formulated sublimation ink. They are then sent through a high-temperature roller heat press to fully sublimate your design into the chosen fabric. The printed rolls are then laser cut to the requested sizes, sewn, and finished. Finally, each product is carefully checked for flaws, prepared, and shipped to the address provided.
