We all know how exciting but equally confusing it can be to figure out the shipping details of your order. We want to be as helpful as possible to ensure you are not left completely confused. This Shipping & Handling Policy is to explain how we handle shipping your highly anticipated products:
- We generally use FedEx Ground (NOTE: Due to weight variances from order to order, we will send a separate invoice for any applicable Shipping & Handling Fees for your product to be shipped);
- Alternately, you may use your Preferred Shipping Provider account to prepare and email us a shipping label using our location as the “Shipping From” address: 108 Juniper Lane, Ligonier, PA 15658;
- We may use USPS for smaller packages;
- If requested, we will provide you with updates regarding the status of your order during the manufacturing process and while it is being shipped to you;
- Standard Lead Time for shipment is 14-18 calendar days from FINAL art approval, roster submission, AND deposit payment;
- Please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy regarding shipping in this situation; and
- We are not looking to make a profit by shipping items, simply to cover the costs for shipping & handling. Contact us for a shipping & handling estimate.
