Here at NRG Pulse, we combine your ideas and logos along with our expert skills to create a digital rendering of your custom jersey. Then they are printed onto special paper using wide format printers with a formulated sublimation ink. The printed jerseys are then sent through a high-temperature roller heat press to sublimate your design into the fabric. The rolls of fabric jerseys are then laser cut to the size required and your jersey is sewn, finished, and checked. Finally, they are prepared for shipping to the address provided.

You can use our awesome customizer tool by going to the Store and pick a custom product. Hit the Customize button and start designing! When you’re happy with your design, add it to your Cart. Within a couple of days, we will send you a digital mock-up for your final approval. Once approved, you will have your product within three weeks!

Don’t have design skills?
We are here to make this as easy as possible for you. Our design service is free and any setup time is included with the cost of our products. If you provide us with a good description and guideline of what you would like, then we should have no problems creating a design especially for you.

The short answer is yes.
All of our products are fully sublimated with the names, numbers, logos, and background design approved. This means they will never fade, crack, or wear off, unlike screen printing or heat. It also breathes with the fabric while adding no extra weight.
